PetBiz exists because most pet professionals are running a serious operation with a diary, a phone and a shoebox of forms.
PetBiz is an independent Australian platform. We work alongside dog walkers, groomers, pet sitters and trainers every day, and the same problems come up constantly: bookings living in three places at once, vaccination details that cannot be found, and incidents written up long after the fact.
We built PetBiz to fix the ordinary operational problems first. Bookings, client and pet records, service reports, forms and invoicing. On top of that sits a practical safety toolkit, because good records protect a business more reliably than good intentions.
Why it is free
It doesn't cost much to keep PetBiz running, businesses across the industry help support it, and honestly we just love this industry — so we give it away. If you ever want to contribute, you're very welcome to, but nothing here is ever locked behind it.
How we treat your data
Your client, pet, booking and financial records belong to your business. Access is restricted to people you invite, enforced on the server rather than in the browser, and you can export your data at any time. Nobody outside your business can browse your records.
Australian by default
AUD pricing, 10% GST handling, Australian states and postcodes, DD/MM/YYYY dates, Monday week starts and 1 July to 30 June financial-year reporting, with a timezone setting for each business.
