Draft for review. Final terms, the contracting entity and jurisdiction wording must be supplied by the account owner before launch.
Accounts
You must provide accurate details, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity by the staff you invite. Accounts are for genuine pet-service businesses.
Your data
Your business records remain yours. You grant PetBiz the permissions needed to store and process them so the platform can operate. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold your customers' and their pets' information.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access other businesses' data, upload unlawful content, or use PetBiz to send unsolicited marketing.
Service and availability
PetBiz is provided free of charge and without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may change features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting your use.
Not advice
PetBiz provides record-keeping tools. It does not provide legal, veterinary, safety or insurance advice, and it does not guarantee any outcome, claim or regulatory compliance.
Ending your use
You may stop using PetBiz at any time and export your data first. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
