What sits outside the platform
Card payments
Optional. If you connect Stripe, their standard processing fees apply. PetBiz adds nothing on top.
SMS messaging
Not enabled at launch. Email notifications are included and SMS will be clearly priced if it is ever added.
Insurance
Separate and entirely optional. You can request a quote from an insurance partner inside PetBiz, or never use that feature at all. PetBiz does not sell insurance or provide insurance advice.
