Cancellation & no-show policy

A clear notice window, fees and deposit terms — plus a short client-facing version you can display.

Your business details

These appear in the header of the PDF. Members can add a logo automatically.

Your policy settings

These values are printed into the policy wording below.

The policy

Appointments are booked as a block of time reserved for your dog alone. When that time is lost at short notice it usually cannot be refilled, which is why the terms below exist.

Cancelling or rescheduling: please give us at least the notice shown above. Inside that window a late cancellation fee applies, and any deposit paid may be retained.

No-shows: if nobody arrives and we are not contacted, the no-show fee applies and must be settled before the next booking is confirmed.

Running late: we will always try to fit you in, but past the grace period above your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled so later clients are not delayed.

Unwell or in season: tell us. Rescheduling a sick, injured or in-season dog is never penalised.

Emergencies happen. Genuine emergencies are handled with common sense — one conversation is all it takes.

Acknowledgement

I understand the policy

I have read the cancellation, no-show and late-arrival terms above and agree they apply to my bookings.
