On lead by default
My dog is walked on lead at all times unless I have signed a separate off-lead consent form.
Transport
If the service includes transport, I consent to my dog travelling restrained in the walker's vehicle to and from the walk location.
Weather & heat policy
Walks may be shortened, moved to a shaded route or replaced with an indoor enrichment visit in extreme heat, storms or poor air quality. The full fee still applies because the time is reserved.
Emergency care
If my dog is injured or unwell I authorise the walker to seek veterinary treatment at my expense and to contact me as soon as it is safe to do so.
Behaviour disclosure
I have disclosed any history of reactivity, escape attempts, resource guarding or bites, and accept responsibility for damage or injury caused by my dog where reasonable care has been taken.
Payment
Invoices are payable by the due date shown. Repeated late payment may pause the booking schedule.
